Shipping Policy
Order processing time:
The production time is 1-2 business days after receiving payment for the order.
Delivery methods:

Omniva parcel machines;

Self-pickup by prior arrangement, Riga city center. Delivery time for the parcel is 1-3 business days, during holidays delivery may be delayed up to 7 business days. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us at stampstore@gmail.com or write to us on the Instagram page.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Each stamp is made especially for you, personalized with your child's name, so returns after receiving the order are not possible. You can cancel your order before it is paid for.
Exchange:
If after receiving the order you find defects in the stamp, tags or thermolabels:

the product is damaged;

the stamp does not work - does not leave an imprint;

the design does not match the one you specified in the order;
the product can be exchanged for a working one in the same design or in another, if the previously ordered design is not available. To do this, you need to write to stampstore@gmail.com, in WhatsApp or Instagram, inform about the problem and attach photos illustrating the problem. The product can be exchanged within 2 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The Seller pays for delivery of the new product.
